The St. Philip Neri Animal Ministry is an outreach of a small church and therefore has limited funds. In order to help as many pets and their families as possible, the Animal Ministry limits grants to between $100 and $700 per pet.
If you would like to apply for a grant we will need a copy of the following information:
- Pet’s Name
- Proof of Income (a recent pay stub, unemployment, social security, or disability benefits)
- Copy of the Written Estimate of Cost for Needed Procedures or Treatment
- Name and Contact Information of Treating Veterinarian
- Email to stphilipnerianimalministry@gmail.com
This information allows us to determine eligibility for assistance and the amount of the grant we are able to provide. We will not be able to finalize and process a request without this information.
